Capabilities

Liz Alexander, FrontPaw's Managing Director, specializes in finding collaborative solutions for regional challenges. With expertise in governance, economic development, stakeholder engagement, and project management, Liz has worked across the entire value chain of the dryland and irrigated cropping industries. She focuses on identifying, incubation and commercialisation of Australia's agtech and circular economy sectors.

In 2017, Liz founded AgTeCH: Build it, Use it, Profit, a prominent biennial innovation and technology event for the Australian agricultural community. In 2019, she launched CHDC's AgFrontier, Queensland's and northern NSW's first dedicated agtech incubator. For the last three years she worked with more than 100 early stage businesses as a Commercialisation Facilitator with i4 Connect delivering the Australian Government's Accelerating Commercialisation initiative.

An experienced company director, Liz serves on QRIDA and Central Highlands Community Services Boards and previously held director roles with Plant Health Australia, the Cotton Research Development Corporation and other organizations. She holds a Masters in Rural Systems Management and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

She can quickly synthesise complex and disparate information, understand what matters, and communicate clearly for any audience.
